(1) The administrator of your personal data within the meaning of the Regulation of the European Parliament and of the Council (EU) 2016/679 EU of 27 April 2016. 2 Your personal data will be processed by the Administrator, in particular for the following purposes:
- to enable contact with the Administrator via contact forms,
- defence against possible claims,

(3) Data will not be communicated to third parties, with the exception of entities acting under contract with the Administrator and providing IT services, but only for the purpose and to the extent necessary for the aforementioned purposes.
(4) Apart from the entities mentioned above, your data may be made available only to entities authorised to do so under national or EU law. The service administrator has taken due care to adequately secure the personal data provided, in particular against their disclosure to unauthorised persons.

The controller reserves the right to process your data for up to 12 months after the purposes have been achieved in connection with its own analytical and statistical purposes.

b) for purposes resulting from the legitimate interests pursued by the Administrator, including answering questions sent via the contact form (Article 6(1)(a) RODO, i.e. your consent resulting from the initiation of contact) and for the Administrator's statistical and analytical purposes, where the Administrator's legitimate interest is the possibility of making analyses and statistics of its activities resulting from Article 6(1) S. 1 lit. f RODO, and also for the purposes of defending against possible claims on the basis of the Administrator's legitimate interest where the Administrator's legitimate interest is to defend the Administrator against third party claims.
(7) At any time, it is possible to withdraw consents given on the website, including consent to the processing of data for marketing purposes of entities cooperating with the Administrator.
