Standard concrete discs can be laser-welded or brazed.
Laser-welded concrete discs are suitable for dry and wet work, but are most commonly used for dry cutting. Brazed concrete discs are only suitable for wet work.
Wet cutting significantly increases the service life of diamond concrete discs and eliminates troublesome dusting.
Worn concrete discs, we can specify regeneration which reduces the cost to 50%, this process can be repeated several times depending on the diameter and wear of the steel disk.
